A search warrant executed at his residence in the 300 block of South Salisbury St., in Raleigh, yielded a large number of pornographic images of children engaged in various sexual acts, including bondage and torture. Many of the victims depicted in the images are as young as 5-years-old.
The images were discovered on multiple electronic devices, and he had reportedly been sharing them through Facebook, as well as on other social media apps, according to court documents.
Pacas-Aragon is a registered sex offender in the state of North Carolina, as he was convicted of indecent liberties with a child in July 2015. He was released from custody for that crime in January 2016.
His victim was an 11-year-old girl.

Since taking office on December 3, 2018, Wake County Sheriff Gerald M. Baker has refused to cooperate with ICE, and has released many dangerous criminals back into his county, despite ICE detainers being issued against them.
As such, Pacas-Aragon currently has no ICE hold against him, and if bail can be arranged, he will simply be released back onto the streets of Raleigh.
