Illegal Alien Charged With Raping Girl, Filming Abuse In New Jersey

TOMS RIVER, NJ - On March 26, 2025, deputies, along with U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) agents arrested Amando Garcia Castillo at his residence.
Police have released very few details on the case, thus far. But, the illegal alien had apparently been molesting a very young girl for some time, and recording the abuse.
Castillo has been charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual contact, one count of sexual assault involving a victim under four years younger than the accused, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child for producing or possessing sexually explicit images involving minors.
The Mexican national is currently being held at the Ocean County Jail on an ICE detainer.
