Illegal Alien Charged With Raping Girl Multiple Times In Louisiana

LAKE CHARLES, LA - On September 13, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were sent to a home in response to a young girl being assaulted by an adult.


In a press release, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office stated:

During further investigation, CPSO Special Victims Unit detectives responded and it was learned Elvin Meza, 29, Lake Charles, had inappropriate sexual contact with a girl under the age of 13. Further investigation revealed the sexual abuse also happened on several other occasions.

Meza has been charged with First Degree Rape and Sexual Battery of a Child Under the Age of 13. He is currently being held at the Calcasieu Correctional Center on an ICE detainer.
