'Sanctuary' NYC Finally Issues An ICE Hold!

New York City, NY - On Tuesday, police arrested Brandon Simosa, 25, outside The Row Hotel, where hundreds of illegal aliens are currently being housed with taxpayer funding. 

In the early morning hours of Sunday, Simosa followed a 38-year-old woman into her apartment building near West 44th Street and Ninth Avenue, where he committed "a lewd act," and robbed her, according to a police report.

The victim turned out to be an assistant District Attorney in Manhattan.

Simosa reportedly stole her cell phone, credit cards and cash from her purse. 

However, he felt the need to expose himself and masturbate in front of the woman, before fleeing into the darkness, stated police.

Simosa, who has been identified as a member of the hyper-violent Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela, has been charged with sexually motivated robbery, sexually motivated burglary, larceny, and drug possession.

While the arrest of violent illegal alien gang members in New York City is very common, it is unheard of for one of them to be held for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

However, Simosa is currently being held at the Eric M. Taylor Correctional Center on Rikers Island on an “Immigration Warrant (ICE Hold).”

The Venezuelan national is scheduled to appear in court on November 25.
