Illegal Alien Charged With Child Rape Filmed His Young Victim

Franklin County, VA - On April 2, deputies responded to a complaint involving the sexual abuse of a young girl. Following a brief investigation, they arrested Jorge Enrique Garcia Rodriguez, 31.
On May 4, Rodriguez was also charged with several counts of child pornography.
The illegal alien has been charged with a felony count of forcible intercourse with a victim under the age of 13 as well as six counts of felony possession of child pornography.
Rodriguez is currently being held at the Western Virginia Regional Jail on an ICE detainer.
