Herrera ran a red light and T-boned the victim's truck, which sent her vehicle crashing through a fence, according to a police report. The woman was transported to the hospital where she was treated for a broken leg and multiple cuts and bruises.
The illegal alien who was convicted of driving without a license in April, is currently being held at the Vanderburgh County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
