Police: Illegal Alien Beat, Strangled Woman In Pa. 'Sanctuary' County

NEW GARDEN TOWNSHIP, PA - On September 21, police arrested Jorge Mondragon-Alvarez, 29, after responding to a domestic disturbance call in the 100 block of Pine Street.

Upon arrival, officers found a woman covered in bruises, according to court documents.

In a news release, the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department stated:

The victim told police that during a verbal argument, Mondragon-Alvarez threw her to the floor, placing his knees on her chest and hands around her throat, causing her to struggle to breathe.
Mondragon-Alvarez then slapped her multiple times and punched her in the side of the head.

As officers took him into custody, the illegal alien told the woman that he would return to “kill” her, upon his release from jail. according to the arrest report.

Mondragon-Alvarez has been charged with strangulation, making terroristic threats, assault, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct. He is currently being held at the Chester County Prison, as he has been unable to post bail.

*As Chester County employs a ‘sanctuary’ policy, if Mondragon-Alvarez is able to come up with 10 percent of his bond, to pay to a bail-bonding service, he will simply be released back onto the streets. This, despite threatening to kill his victim, in the presence of police officers and his immigration status.
