Pair Of Deported Sexual Predators Re-Arrested In Texas

DEL RIO, TX - On May 24, U.S. Border Patrol agents took a group of 13 illegal aliens into custody, after observing them crossing the border illegally from Mexico.

Agents during a records check discovered that one of them, Salvador Montecillo-Rufino, 57, was convicted of sexual assault in the state of Washington in 1998, and deported back to Mexico.

The next morning (23 hours later), agents apprehended another group of illegal aliens, which contained a deported rapist.

In a press release, U.S. Customs and Border Protection stated:

May 25, just before 8 a.m., agents from the Eagle Pass South Station encountered a group of 12 migrants near Eagle Pass. During processing, record checks revealed, Wilfredo Pineda, 31, a Salvadoran national, was previously convicted of statutory rape in 2012, in South Dakota and sentenced to a year in prison (pictured).

Both convicted felons are facing a charge of felony re-entry after deportation, and if convicted, could receive up to 20 years in federal prison.
