RESTON, VA – On Friday, detectives arrested Nizhamuding Jureti, 57, following an investigation that began on November 11, after an 80-year-old man told his family that his health care worker had sexually abused him.
The sexual assault took place in October, inside the victim's home, according to court documents.
The octogenarian “awoke to Jureti performing a sex act on him,” stated the Fairfax County Police Department.
At the time of the assault, Jureti worked for the Fairfax-based home health care company Care With LOVE.

Jureti has been charged with one count of forcible sodomy, and is currently being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
