Illegal Aliens Caught With $700k Worth Of Drugs In NC 'Sanctuary County'

RALEIGH, NC - On Tuesday, deputies executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1200 block of Evening Song Circle, and discovered “a large amount of cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana,” according to court documents.

The drugs found have a street value of nearly $700,000. In addition to the illegal narcotics, $23,000 in cash was also seized in the search.

At the time of the search, Jose Guadalupe Cisneros, Kevin Lopez-Rangel, Bessy Osiris Herrera and Oscar Antonio Garcia were all arrested.

Cisneros and Lopez-Rangel have been charged with trafficking cocaine by possession, conspiracy to traffic cocaine by possession, maintaining a dwelling, and possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana.

Herrera-Dilbert and Garcia-Amador have been charged with trafficking methamphetamine by possession, conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine by possession, and maintaining a dwelling.

Cisneros and Lopez-Rangel were booked into the Wake County Jail on $500,000 bail.

Garcia and Herrera were booked into the Wake County Jail on $100,000 bail.

*Despite their immigration status and the serious nature of their crimes, no ICE detainers will be honored in these arrests.

Since taking office on December 3, 2018, Wake County Sheriff Gerald M. Baker has refused to cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and has released many dangerous criminals back into his county, despite ICE detainers being issued against them.
