EAST ORANGE, NJ – On October 23, Marckles Alcius, 34, on Thursday pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated assault, causing or risking widespread injury or damage and being in possession of the stolen truck, in an Essex County courtroom.
On February 14, 2018, the Haitian national injured three individuals when he plowed a stolen bakery delivery truck into the waiting room of a Planned Parenthood clinic in East Orange, according to prosecutors.
He admitted that he was trying to save the “lives of the unborn,” and was willing to die.
The illegal alien is scheduled for sentencing on January 7, 2021. As per New Jersey law, he will be required to serve 85 percent of his sentence before being considered for parole.
Alcius should be deported back to Haiti upon completion of his sentence.
