Name: Luis Enrique Martino-Rosario Age: 34 Date of Arrest: 06/16/2024 Location: Norfolk Charge(s): Malicious Wounding, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and Discharging a Firearm in Public
Around 2 a.m., Norfolk police officers arrested Martino-Rosario at the Broadway Club in the 5600 block of East Virginia Beach Blvd., after he reportedly shot another man.
The victim was taken to Sentara Leigh Hospital, where he is expected to recover from his wounds.
At the time of his arrest, Martino-Rosario had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear in Court. He is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail on an ICE detainer.
