Illegal Alien Charged With Running Down 12-Year-Old Girl In Florida

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL - On May 29, the Florida Highway Patrol arrested Arlin Magali Monroy-Salazar, 45, around 5:00 p.m. on Crestwood Drive, according to a police report.
Monroy-Salazar reportedly hit a 12-year-old girl who was riding on her electric scooter near her home.
The young victim was transported to a local hospital, where she remains in serious condition.
When questioned, Monroy-Salazar, who is from Guatemala, gave the officers an alias.
Monroy-Salazar has been charged with Driving Without a License (more charges are pending) and is currently being held at the Charlotte County Jail on an ICE detainer.
The Guatemalan national required a taxpayer-funded interpreter for her first court appearance.
