ASHEVILLE, NC – On Tuesday, the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office asked for the public's help in capturing a wanted fugitive.
The suspect has been identified as Ruben Cobos Zarate, who is wanted on charges of indecent liberties with a minor.
Zarate is 33-years-old, 5’09” tall, weighing about175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He may be driving a 2010 white Cadillac Escalade with Tennessee license plates (9T41Y0), according to investigators.
