LAKEWOOD, NJ – On Wednesday, Elioenai Aguinaga, 32, pleaded guilty to robbing Taylor's Pharmacy at gunpoint in March 2020.
On March 26, 2020, Aguinaga entered the business on Madison Avenue, withdrew a pistol and demanded the clerk empty the cash register, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
The illegal alien from South America made away with a grand total of $130.
A month later, he was taken into custody and has been held ever since, without bail at the Ocean County Jail.
Aguinaga is scheduled to appear in court on March 24, when he is expected to face an eight year prison sentence.
