BUNCOMBE COUNTY, NC – On Friday, deputies arrested Jorge Morales Roblero, 27, after the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office asked for the public's help in apprehending him a day earlier.
Roblero reportedly kidnapped a young girl at the Walmart in Weaverville. Authorities have thus far, released few details in the case.
Roblero has been charged with first-degree kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon, and is currently being held at the Buncombe County Detention Center on $55,000 bond.
His next court appearance in scheduled for September 2.

Of course, Buncombe County Sheriff Quentin Miller has made it official policy to refuse all ICE detainer requests, so, if Roblero can make bond, he can simply walk out of the jail, despite being in the country illegally.
