Illegal Alien Charged With Rape Of 82-Year-Old Woman Is Convicted Sex Offender

MARTIN COUNTY, FL – On May 18, sheriff's deputies arrested Marvin Ailon-Mendoza, 20, after he reportedly broke into a senior living apartment complex in Stuart, and raped an 82-year-old woman, six days earlier.

Ailon-Mendoza has been charged with sexual battery, false imprisonment and burglary. He is currently being held at the Martin County Jail on $1 million bond.

However, this is not the first time the Guatemalan national has run afoul of the law. In fact, he has been arrested at least three other times in Martin County, alone.

The last arrest was for exposing himself inside a park in front of children.

12 News reported:

According to the arrest report, a woman called 911 to report a man on a bicycle masturbating in plain view at Shepherds Park. The woman said the man had his genitals out while staring at another woman at the park taking pictures of her dog. Authorities said the park had numerous young children in the area. When she yelled at him to stop, she said he hopped on his bicycle and left the area. A police officer from Stuart spotted a man on a bicycle who matched the description of the individual in the park. The woman who called 911 identified Ailon-Mendoza as the man in the park. Deputies also found marijuana and a pipe in his backpack.

For that incident, Ailon-Mendoza was convicted of lewd exposure and spent close to a year in jail. He should have been deported after serving his sentence, as Martin County Sheriff William Snyder did file a report on the criminal alien with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

However, ICE apparently never followed up on the report, and failed to pick up the illegal alien from the Martin County Jail.

*Of course, with the Biden administration, now in charge, it is highly doubtful that this repeat offender will be deported back to Guatemala. It has also been confirmed that Ailon-Mendoza came to this country as an 'unaccompanied minor.'
