PATERSON, NJ – On April 15, Devin Luis Ramos-Artigas, 26, after he reportedly used Facebook to exchange videos of children as young as 4-years-old being sexually abused.
The New York Post reported:
The investigation revealed that Mr. Ramos-Artigas utilized the social media platform Facebook to engage in a chat wherein he requested, received and sent videos of child pornography, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.Valdes said.
Ramos-Artigas has been charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and is currently being held at the Passaic County Jail without bond.
This disturbing act is becoming a rather common occurrence on founder Mark Zuckerberg's anti-free speech site.
In fact, on On May 24, 2020, a group of Facebook whistleblowers, including ex-employees, filed a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission, alleging that not only is child pornography distributed on the social media behemoth, but those who run Facebook are very much aware of it and do nothing to stop it.
The Washington Post reported:
The ex-moderator, whose job was to track graphic content in private Facebook groups, claims that if moderators saw discussions about illicit payments for illegal goods, such as child pornography or illegal narcotics, they had no way to warn executives running Facebook Pay, the system that lets users send and receive money across the main social network, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
’There were groups where pornographic content related to children was auctioned. And they used [Facebook] systems [for] all of it, from what I could see,’ the ex-moderator wrote in a sworn statement.
As a constant observer of the crimes committed by illegal aliens, here are a few who have been caught distributing child pornography on Facebook...
On May 14, 2020, Collier County (FL) sheriff’s deputies arrested Luis Fernando Garcia-Perez, 21, and charged him with 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography with intent to promote. This occurred after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, that he was using Facebook to distribute the material.
On January 9, 2020, police served a search warrant at the home of Francisco Medina Chavez, 39, in Fontana, California, and discovered more than 1,500 child pornography images and videos. Under questioning, Chavez admitted to using Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms to receive and distribute child pornography.
In August 2018, Sedwin Osmel-Vasquez Carrillo, 28, and Elder Rene Carrillo-Cruz, 26, were arrested by the Kentucky State Police, after an undercover investigation revealed that the pair of illegal aliens were using Facebook Messenger to share child pornographic images.
The Carrillo brothers were charged with possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Upon questioning, both Carrillo-Cruz and Carrillo admitted to distributing child pornography.
Of course, many of us are now very familiar with Facebook’s so-called “community standards” and being put into what is commonly referred to as “Facebook jail,” or perhaps, having your page deleted altogether, when one “violates” these standards.
However, this seems to somehow only apply to conservative or anti-illegal immigration pages.
Obviously, these “community standards” are purely political, and are nothing more than a way of censoring conservatives and basically anyone who wants the rule of law restored to this nation.
However, you would likely think that the distribution of child pornography is a clear “violation” of those “community standards,” regardless of where one stands politically.
But, you would be wrong...
As of today, four years after his arrest, Sedwin Carrillo still has multiple, active Facebook accounts open...FB account #1, FB account #2.
Disturbingly, many of Carrillo’s photos include himself surrounded by children.
