When Penaloza-Salgado was booked into the Moore County Jail a few days ago, he was being held on $8.3 million bail and an ICE hold. However, his bond has somehow been reduced to a mere $5,000 and the ICE hold has simply disappeared, according to the Moore County Jail booking log.
