Twice Deported Illegal Alien Killed Virginia Man In Alcohol-Fueled Crash
Virginia Beach, Va. - On Aug. 23, shortly after 2 a.m., police and rescue units responded to a reported crash in the 600 block of London Bridge Rd.
Officers discovered two vehicles, one had been struck by the other which was traveling in the wrong direction and hit the northbound vehicle in a head-on collision.
In a press release, the Virginia Beach Police Department stated:
The first driver, Steven White II (M/37) of Norfolk, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle, Erwin Marroquin-Herrera (M/26) of Virginia Beach, and an adult male passenger were transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Not surprisingly, the illegal alien was drunk and travelling at a high rate of speed at the time of the fatal crash.
Marroquin-Herrera has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, DUI, two counts of possession of fictitious driver’s license and driving without a license. He is currently being held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center on an ICE detainer.
The illegal alien, who is Guatemalan, has been deported twice.
