Illegal Alien Charged With Killing Teen In DUI Crash In Alabama

MOBILE, AL - On Sunday, police arrested Franklin Oriel Fajardp-Arana, 30, following a fatal crash on Montlimar Drive near Michael Boulevard. 


Around 3 p.m., Fajardp-Arana was travelling southbound on Montlimar when he made a U-turn into the northbound lane, crashing into another vehicle. The four occupants of that car all suffered injuries but have since been released from the hospital.


However, a teenage boy who was riding in Fajardp-Arana’s passenger seat was ejected from the vehicle and was killed when the SUV rolled over on him, according to investigators.


The illegal alien was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.


Fajardp-Arana has been charged with DUI Manslaughter and is currently being held at the Mobile County Metro Jail on an ICE detainer. 



His next court appearance is scheduled for November 19.
