JOHNSTON COUNTY, NC - On May 2, Fernando Asevedo Suarez, 70, was arrested after he reportedly stood in the doorway of his camper on Rhodes Pond Road, exposing himself to a 12-year-old girl, while masturbating.
Suarez has a history of such behavior...
In October 2017, he was charged with indecent exposure after a 34-year-old woman reported him for standing naked in his open doorway when she and her two children, ages 7 and 12, passed by his camper.
He explained to officers that he was naked because it had been hot that day, claiming he forgot he was naked, according to a police report.
Suarez has been charged with indecent liberties with a child and failing to register as a convicted sex offender. He is currently being held at the Johnston County Jail on $25,000 bond.
