LOUISBURG, NC - On August 4, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office filed multiple child sexual assault charges against Valeriano Silverio-Perez, 33, following his arrest last month in Nash County, on similar charges.
His initial arrest was aided by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
The Rocky Mount Telegram reported:
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Chief of Staff Terry Wright said in an interview Tuesday that all the charges so far are related to one minor victim.
Silverio-Perez has been charged with seven counts of of felony first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, six counts of statutory sex offense of a child under the age of 13, five counts of statutory rape of a child under the age of 13, three counts of indecent liberties with a child, one count of felony disseminate obscenity to a minor under 13 and two counts of felony incest on a child under the age of 13.
He is currently being held at the Franklin County Detention Center on $4,670,000 bond.
