ASHEBORO, NC - After receiving a tip, the Criminal Investigation Division/Internet Crimes Against Children of the Randolph County Sheriff's Office began an investigation into alleged reports that Johan Manuel Caceres-Yubran, was in possession of a large amount of child pornographic material.
On Friday, deputies executed a search warrant at Caceres-Yubran's residence, at which time, he was taken into custody.
Caceres-Yubran has been charged with eight counts of felony second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently being held at the Randolph County Detention Center on a $100,000 secured bond.
His formal arraignment is scheduled for June 8, in Randolph County District Court.
