ASHEBORO, NC - On Monday, deputies arrested Johan Manuel-Caceres Yubran, 21, after he reportedly removed the electronic monitoring device from his ankle.
In July 2020, the Peruvian national was placed on house arrest after being charged with eight counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
He has been charged with felony electronic house arrest violation, and is currently being held at the Randolph County Jail on $100,000 bond.
He is due back in the Randolph County Superior Court on Monday.
*Why would an illegal alien who is charged with multiple counts of producing child pornography be allowed to remain out of jail, considering the heinous nature of his charges?
