Illegal Alien Charged With Third DUI After She Crashes Into Car With Kids

STAFFORD, VA - On April 17th, around 1:00 a.m., Stafford County deputies arrested Lidia Cruz, 40, after she crashed her vehicle into a parked car on Little Oak Road. 

A Stafford County Sheriff's Office press release stated:

Cruz would admit to consuming tequila prior to driving and alcoholic containers were located within the vehicle. The two children inside the BMW at the time of the crash were evaluated by Fire and Rescue staff and eventually released to a responsible party.

Cruz was charged with Driving Under the Influence with a BAC of between .15 and .20, two counts of Gross, Wanton, or Reckless Care for a Child, Driving w/o a License, as well as other charges.

The illegal alien has had two prior DUI convictions of DUI in the last 10 years. 

She is currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
