Illegal Alien Charged With Sexually Assaulting 11-Year-Old Girl He Met On Facebook

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL – On April 12, Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies found an 11-year-old girl at a residence located in the 200 block of Pasadena Drive. An 'AMBER Alert' had been issued for the girl a day earlier, after she disappeared from a Pasco County middle school.

The girl can be seen on surveillance video getting into a vehicle with a man, outside of a convenience store.

That man has been identified as Luis Alberto Encarnacion, 22.

Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco told FOX 13:

There is no logical sense for a 22-year-old man to be with an 11-year-old child unless there was horrific things that were going to go on in that place. In her mind, she thought Luis was her boyfriend. We all know that’s not real...what’s real is Luis acted like a predator...This doesn’t appear to be the first time that these two have linked up.

Under questioning, Encarnacion admitted to having an ongoing sexual relationship with the middle-schooler, according to court documents.

The two reportedly met through Facebook.

Encarnacion has been charged with interference with custody of a child, concealing the location of a minor, two counts of sexual battery (victim less than 12), two counts of lewd or lascivious battery and unlawful use of a two-way communications device. He is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bond.
