CINCINNATI, OH - On October 9, 2022, police were called to a Dave and Busters by employees who reported that a young girl was being sexually abused by a grown man inside their establishment.
The man was observed by a bartender repeatedly “kissing and fondling” a 12-year-old girl, as the suspect put his hand under the girl’s shirt and behaved “in a sexual way,” according to court documents.
Officers arrested Miguel Rodriguez, 34, who told police that the child had initiated the sexual contact with him.
He also gave police a false name at the time of his arrest, according to a police report.
Rodriguez was charged with gross sexual imposition and is currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail on an ICE Hold.
