After chatting online, and exchanging nude photos, the suspect attempted to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
*Of course, under Sheriff Garry McFadden, the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office has adopted a 'sanctuary' policy for illegal aliens, and, as such, will not enforce ICE holds, even for serious crimes.
