RALEIGH, NC – On July 22, police arrested Daniel Valencia-Rodriguez, 63, after a family member of the victim reported the ongoing sexual abuse.
While police have not said exactly how the illegal alien gained access to the 11-year-old girl, they have stated that the suspect is known to the family.
Valencia-Rodriguez has been charged with statutory rape of a child by an adult, statutory sex offense with a child by an adult, and indecent liberties with a child. He is currently being held at the Wake County Jail on $2 million bond.
His next court appearance is set for August 12.
