FREDERICK, MD - On August 17, police arrested Evelyn Gomez Gutierrez, 43, after it was discovered that she reportedly had sex multiple times with a 14-year-old boy.
On July 2, police were contacted by staff at a local doctor’s office, after the boy reported the ongoing abuse.
In a public statement, the Frederick Police Department said:
Through the investigation, the detective determined over the course of the last year, a 43-year-old female had intercourse with the 14-year-old juvenile on several occasions.
Gutierrez has been charged with two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offense. She is currently being held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center without bond.
