Illegal Alien Charged With Murder In NC, Arrested In Ga

GAINESVILLE, GA - On December 11, deputies arrested Clemente Hernandez-Mojica, 56, after he reportedly shot two individuals a day earlier in Zebulon, North Carolina.
Hernandez-Mojica allegedly shot 43-year-old Antonio Franco, along with 33-year-old Antonia Cisneros.
Franco was pronounced dead at the scene and Cisneros was taken to a local hospital, where she recovered from her wounds.
Cisneros is the mother of Hernandez-Mojica’s children.
On December 15, the illegal alien was handed over to Johnston County sheriff’s deputies.
Hernandez-Mojica has been charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill. He is currently being held at the Johnston County Jail without bond.
