According to the Williamsburg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau (CIB), on Dec. 14, 2021, the victim was successfully recovered by law enforcement and Batz was arrested without incident with the assistance of the Henrico Police Department, Henrico Gang Investigations Unit, Henrico Directed Action Response Team (DART), and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
Pastor-Batz is currently being held at the Henrico County Jail on an ICE detainer.
