On Feb. 18, Sanford police charged Felipe Lopez-Delacruz, 32, with multiple counts of indecent exposure as well as various molestation charges.
The illegal alien was already being held in the Wake County Jail on similar charges.
He has been exposing himself and molesting children at school bus stops across both Lee and Wake Counties, according to police.
Lopez-Delacruz is currently being held on $1.2 million bail, but no ICE hold.
