GAINESVILLE, GA – On Friday, Hall County sheriff's deputies arrested Manuel Aguilar-Reyes, 23, after hospital staff called 911, over the injuries a little girl suffered during an apparent sexual assault.
Deputies were called to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center where the victim was being treated.
Law enforcement, along with the Hall County Division of Family and Children Services did several interviews with the girl and her family, after which an arrest warrant was issued.
Aguilar-Reyes has been charged with aggravated child molestation. He is currently being held at the Hall County Jail without bond.
