Illegal Alien Charged With Animal Cruelty, Seen Tossing Cats From His Car Onto Road

ROUND LAKE, IL - On July 20, police arrested Eduardo Flores-Rodriguez, 41, at his residence in the 400 block of Center Lane, after he was reportedly seen tossing cats out of his car window.

Flores-Rodriguez was seen by multiple witnesses throwing two cats from his window as he traveled along Timbercreek Drive in Round Lake Park, according to court documents.

The illegal alien actually ran over one of the cats.

Flores-Rodriguez was charged with one count of aggravated cruelty to animals and one count of cruelty to animals. He was booked into the Lake County Jail on $200,000 bond.

Though he is in the country illegally and presents a tremendous flight risk, Flores-Rodriguez has since been released pending a September 1 court date. This is due to the fact that Illinois has an official, statewide sanctuary policy, protecting criminal aliens from possible deportation.
