LAS VEGAS, NV - On Wednesday, police arrested Juan Gonzaga, 37, after confessing to forcing himself on a woman at his southern Las Vegas Valley house.
The victim told investigators that she and Gonzaga had been drinking beer, when he offered to give her a “back massage,” according to a police report.
A few minutes later, the illegal alien pulled the woman's pants down and despite her pleas, sexually assaulted her.
In fact, “[The victim]estimates she told Juan to stop approximately 50 times,” an affidavit states.
When Gonzaga was questioned about the incident, he stated the following:
"Juan confessed that [the victim] told him to stop at least five different times...Juan acknowledged he crossed the line continuing to sexually assault [her] after she told him to stop.”
Gonzaga was charged with six counts of sexual assault, gross lewdness and kidnapping. He is currently being held at the Clark County Jail on a $20,000 cash bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 4.
*Of course, Las Vegas as well as Clark County have adopted 'sanctuary' policies in dealing with criminal aliens, as such, Gonzaga may very well be released from jail before ICE will have a chance to pick him up.
