WILLIAMSPORT, PA - On May 21, police arrested Daniel Prieto, 38, after his girlfriend reported that her 6-year-old daughter was missing. She was found 90 minutes later, and that's when police began their investigation into Prieto.
During an interview, the girl's mother told investigators that both she and her young daughter had recently tested positive for gonorrhea.

"The victim, during a child advocacy center interview, said Prieto told her 'to keep a secret' and he would be in trouble if she told, the affidavit states."
Under questioning, Prieto confessed to raping the little girl several times, since January according to court documents.
Prieto has been charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and corruption of minors. He is currently being held at the Lycoming County Jail without bond.
