Another Illegal Alien Charged With Murder In Va.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA - On September 5, police arrested Elmar Waldemar Xitumul-Vasquez, 39, following a month-long investigation into another man’s suspicious death.

In a press release, the Fairfax County Police Department stated:

On August 12, detectives were contacted by the Medical Examiner’s Office about a suspicious death. Detectives learned Elmer Castro, 32, of no fixed address was brought into a local hospital by ambulance on August 4. Castro was believed to be intoxicated and injured from a possible fall, but his health quickly declined and he succumbed to his injuries eight days later.

Through their investigation, detectives learned Castro was assaulted by Elmar Waldemar Xitumul-Vasquez, 39, of Annandale on August 4.

Xitumul-Vasquez has been charged with second-degree murder and is currently being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on an ICE detainer.

It has been confirmed that Xitumul-Vasquez is a Guatemalan national, in the country illegally.

Fairfax County, which is basically a very left-leaning suburb of Washington D.C. has long been known as a ‘sanctuary county’ for illegal aliens, and as such, is overrun with criminal aliens.
