Man Charged With Molestation At Public School Part Of Scheme To Promote Latino And Chinese Culture

BURLINGTON, NC - On April 26, deputies arrested Ivan Danilo Ardila-Perez, 37, after an investigation determined that at least two girls between the ages of 11 and 13 were sexually assaulted by the accused.

In a press release, the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office stated:

“Alamance County [SVU] immediately began an investigation at Southern Middle School,” the sheriff elaborated. “As the investigation moved forward, five other minor students came forward.”

The Colombian national was working at the Southern Middle School, located at 771 Southern High School Rd. in Alamance County, as a Spanish teacher and soccer coach. His current salary is $52,405 per year, but has now been suspended.

The charges and the circumstances of how Ardilla-Perez gained access to the victims, were announced during a joint press conference with Alamance County Sheriff Terry Johnson and Alamance Burlington School System (ABSS) Superintendent Dr. Dain Butler.

Butler confirmed during the press conference that Ardila-Perez had been hired to teach at Southern Middle School in September 2022, apparently through a Visiting International Faculty program or one of several organizations that ABSS works with and allows teachers from other countries to teach in North Carolina public schools on temporary work visas. He said that such temporary work visas are typically good for four years, adding that ABSS has strict policies and procedures in place to ensure all employees are thoroughly vetted before they’re hired.

The program which brought the foreign national to the North Carolina public school system is known as Participate Learning, which goals are stated as:

  • Improve student outcomes

  • Bring diverse perspectives to your school through cultural exchange teachers

  • Build Spanish/Mandarin dual language programs that support academic achievement and bilingualism

Participate Learning is in-part funded and endorsed by the U.S. Department of State along with the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

Every year, hundreds of “Ambassador Teachers” are sent to the United States not only to teach Spanish and Mandarin to public school students, but to also promote cultural differences from Latin America and the People’s Republic of China.

The work visas for these “Ambassadors” are sponsored through an organization known as Bridge USA, whose website boldly states “ Let’s Fight Political Division!

Among others, Bridge USA’s top donors, or “partners” as their website claims, are the usual globalist suspects, including The Rockefeller Fund, The Arthur Vining Davis Group and the Civic Health Project.

Ardila-Perez was charged with four counts of indecent liberties with a child and is currently being held at the Alamance County Jail on $100,000 bail.

More charges will be soon filed according to Sheriff Johnson, as the foreign national has many more suspected victims.

Ardila-Perez is next scheduled to appear in court on May 18.
