NEWPORT NEWS, VA – On Monday, police arrested Enedino Villalobos, 43, following a two-week long investigation, which was initiated by Child Protective Services (CPS) case workers.
On November 23, Newport News CPS officials received a report that two young girls had suffered egregious sexual abuse at the hands of Villalobos.
Though police have not divulged the illegal alien's connection to the two girls, a police report did state that the young victims were being “inappropriately touched by a man known to them.”
Villalobos has been charged with object sexual penetration and two counts each of indecent liberties, aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery by force. He is currently being held at the Newport News City Jail without bond.
