PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA - On Friday, police arrested Sender Juventino Linares-Rivera, 35, after her reportedly lured a young girl into his vehicle and sexually abused her.
A day earlier, Linares-Rivera abducted a 13-year-old girl riding her bike on Hoadly Road, according to court documents.
Shortly after the ordeal, the victim called police to report her attacker.
The young girl had stopped and was resting for a few moments due to the inclement weather, reported Prince William County police 1st Sgt. Jonathan Perok.
Linares-Rivera spotted the girl, stopped his pickup truck and offered her a ride.
"The victim agreed and the man loaded the bike in the bed of the truck before proceeding to drive away with the victim in the passenger seat," Perok said.
Over her protests, the illegal alien proceeded to a parking lot, where he sexually assaulted his victim.
After the assault, Linares-Rivera sped off, stealing her bicycle in the process.
In a news release, the Prince William County Police Department stated:
Following the release of information and a picture of the suspect vehicle, information was obtained which ultimately led to the identity of the driver operating the vehicle at the time. Detectives located the vehicle unoccupied in the Manassas Park Commuter Lot and were able to make contact with the individual who was driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. The driver, identified as the accused, met with detectives at the Western District Police Station. The accused was not the owner of the vehicle.
The only reason the suspect was caught so quickly is due to the fact that this young victim had the presence of mind to take photos of her attacker’s truck, including the license plates.
Juventino Linares-Rivera was charged with with aggravated sexual battery, abduction, carnal knowledge, attempted rape, and attempted strangulation. He is currently being held at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail on an ICE detainer.
