Illegal Alien Charged With Kidnapping, Raping Woman In Texas

SAN ANTONIO, TX - On Thursday, police arrested Francisco Javier Juarez Gonzalez, 19, after he reportedly abducted a woman and sexually assaulted her a few days earlier.

On November 28, a 58-year-old woman was kidnapped at gunpoint by the accused while from a car wash on Frio City Road, according to court documents.

FOX 29 reported:

The woman told police Gonzalez had pulled out a gun and told her to get into her car on the passenger side. Gonzalez then drove the two to a nearby park and sexually assaulted her, the affidavit states.

Gonzalez drove her back to the car wash, where he fled in his own vehicle. He kept the woman’s cell phone, stated a police report.

He admitted to detectives that he had picked the woman up at a car wash and drove her to the park, but claimed the sex was consensual.

Gonzalez was recorded on surveillance video forcing the victim into her own car.

Gonzalez has been charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, and evading arrest. He is currently being held at the Bexar County Jail on only $40,000 bond.

*San Antonio has long been considered to be a ‘sanctuary city.’

In fact, Texas State Attorney General Ken Paxton is currently suing the city for violating the state’s anti-sanctuary law, and failing to cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
