NORCROSS, GA – On March 11, Gabriel Juárez Cabrera, 38, was arrested after a Summerour Middle School teacher called 911 to report that her student had attempted suicide, and confided in her that it was to prevent herself from being raped by her own father.
After questioning Cabrera, investigators determined he had molested his 13-year-old daughter at least seven times, and took him into custody.

According to the report of the local authorities, the Central American initially touched the innocent girl’s breasts and then her vagina, although always, above her pajamas.
Ironically, the girl told authorities that she left Guatemala when she was only 10, to escape the constant sexual assaults of her adult cousin. Her family sent her to live with her father in the United States, thinking she would be safer here.
Cabrera has been charged with child molestation and is currently being held in the Gwinnett County Jail without bond.
The girl is now in the custody of child protective services and is reportedly receiving psychological treatment to help her cope with the years of sexual abuse she has suffered.
