CAMDEN, NJ – Last week, police arrested Assoumou Diby, 25, after he reportedly brandished a knife in a threatening manner at a group of teenagers in the 400 block of West Crystal Lake Avenue.
For a week prior to his arrest, police in Haddon Township received multiple calls about a man walking around in 'Joker makeup.'
Diby has been charged with fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
His next court appearance is scheduled for July 16.
Diby is a citizen of the West African nation of the Ivory Coast.
