PHOENIX, AZ - On Sunday, police arrested Diego Lara-Felix, 28, at a home near the intersection of 63rd Avenue and Thomas Road, where they found him naked, in a girl’s bedroom.
The 12-year-old girl reportedly awoke to discover Lara-Felix in her bed and screamed for her uncle.
Felix asked the girl to touch him before falling asleep next to her, according to court documents.

In an interview with officers, Felix said that he "made a mistake" and "if he has to pay for it, he will." Felix said he remembers being at a house in west Phoenix drinking with his friends. He said the next thing he remembered was being in the back of the police car and didn't recall getting into the bed.
Felix was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and cocaine possession. He is currently being held at the Maricopa County Jail without bond.
