While the Wake County Sheriff's Office have not announced the age of the young girl who was reportedly assaulted, they did state that the abuse took place "between Jan. 2021 and February 2022."
This correspondent was informed by a Wake County sheriff's deputy that Gonzalez-Garcia was released from the jail on June 24 on $50,000 bond...less than 48 hours after his arrest.
So, thanks to Wake County Sheriff Gerald M. Baker, this illegal alien is back on the streets of Raleigh (or anywhere else he wants to go) today.
Since taking office on December 3, 2018, Sheriff Gerald M. Baker has refused to cooperate with ICE, and has released many dangerous criminals back into his county, despite ICE detainers being issued against them.
