WOODBRIDGE, VA - On Tuesday, police arrested Jose Antonio Romo, 29, after he reportedly sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl inside the Dollar Tree at 1991 Daniel Stuart Square, a day earlier.
The victim was looking around inside the store, when she was grabbed and molested, according to police.
Immediately following the attack, Romo left the store.
The girl found a family member and reported the assault.
Romo’s actions were captured on a store surveillance camera.
Romo has been charged with aggravated sexual battery, and is being held at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Jail without bond.
