FARMERS BRANCH, TX - On November 27, police apprehended Jose Santiago Chairez, 50, after he reportedly shot two women to death and even wounded his own daughter.
Three days earlier, police were called to a residence around 4:00 a.m., where the bodies of 47-year-old Catalina Valdez Andrade and 43-year-old Merced Andrade Bailon were found. Both victims were shot in the head, according to a police report.
The suspect’s daughter was also at the same residence, suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
She told police that her father was responsible for the deadly shooting spree.
Chairez was charged with two counts of capital murder and one count of aggravated assault. He is currently being held at the Dallas County Jail on an ICE hold.
Though Texas Gov. Gregg Abbot has officially banned ‘sanctuary cities’ in his state, Dallas has long been known as one, and considering the current invasion of illegal aliens flooding the Lone Star state, ‘death by open border’ has become commonplace.
