Illegal Alien Allowed In Under Biden Policy Has Killed An Elderly Man In Mass., Cover-Up Follows

Updated: Nov 14, 2022

MEDFORD, MA - On October 23, police arrested Everton Candido, 19, after he reportedly hit and killed a 77-year-old man who was walking in the 300 block of Middlesex Avenue.

The victim, Walter Wishoski, was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was soon pronounced dead.

In a news release, the Massachusetts State Police stated:

The investigation determined that the victim was struck by a 2013 Ford Fiesta as he was walking in the right travel lane. The operator of the Fiesta is expected to face charges for unlicensed operation.

The day after the fatal crash, Candido was formally arraigned in Somerville District Court on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, given bail and quickly released back onto the streets.

Of course, Massachusetts is a ‘sanctuary state,’ and as such, local authorities do not cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

ICE said Candido was granted bail after his arrest “without notification to ICE, therefore immigration authorities were unable to lodge an immigration detainer with the jail or take any immigration enforcement actions prior to his release.”

Candido, a Brazilian national, came into this country illegally in May 2021, near Tecate, California. He was encountered by U.S. Border Patrol agents, and due to the Biden administration’s policy on illegal aliens, was allowed entry, and told to report an immigration court.

Not surprisingly, (like 90 percent of illegal aliens), he never showed up.

However, the day after he was released by Somerville authorities, ICE agents took the illegal alien into custody and are reportedly working very quickly to deport him.

Of course, Candido’s deportation serves as cold comfort to Wishoki’s family.

In this case, Biden’s policy of allowing millions of illegal aliens to enter the country and stay here, directly resulted in the violent death of an innocent American.

A few interesting points about this case:

  • The Boston Herald actually reported on the fact that this killer is an illegal alien…highly unusual for the MSM. Ordinarily, he would have been referred to as “a Medford man,” and his illegal status would be completely ignored.

  • Someone (unofficially) notified ICE of Candido’s crime and that he was being released less than 24 hours after he mowed down Wishoski. And, ICE picked him up the next day at his residence in Medford, and will reportedly deport him very soon…Highly unusual, at a time when Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has basically placed a ban on all deportations.

  • Next week, Massachusetts residents will head to the ballot box to vote on “Question 4,” which asks voters if they want to overturn a new state law which allows the Massachusetts DMV to issue illegal aliens state drivers’ licenses, by presenting nothing more than identification issued by their home country.

Was ICE notified and allowed to deport this illegal alien to get him out of sight as quickly as possible due to the November 8 ballot measure, as well as to remove any scrutiny of the Biden administration’s policy on illegal aliens, which was directly responsible for the death of 77-year-old Walter Wishoski?

Either way, yet another American has been killed by an illegal alien, due to the fact that the federal government has betrayed all of us, and abandoned their duty to protect our borders.
